Caring for your Paige Hamilton Design product

Please treat your bag with care. We our proud to offer you a product made with high-quality, stain-resistant, water-resistant, weatherproof fabrics, imported from Italy. Please follow these instructions for the safest, most effective way to keep your pHd handbags clean. Please spot clean only. No dry cleaning or washing machines.

Signature Nylon - Our signature nylon is pre-treated with stain-resistant technology. For basic cleaning, start with mild soap and water. For a deeper stains, dampen a lint-free rag. Then, spray a gentle cleanser like Seventh Generation Multi-Purpose Cleanser or Simple Green onto a lint free rag, then use the dampened rag to clean spots or spills. For very stubborn stains, substitute Windex, 409 or Grandmother’s Secret Spot Remover Laundry Spray for Seventh Generation Multi-Purpose Cleanser.

Jelly Fabric - For marks or spots, use an unscented, dye-free baby wipe to clean the surface of your bag. For trickier spots - Gently rub a clean, unused, white eraser directly on the spot. Do not apply too much pressure & stop frequently to review your progress.

Glossed Canvas - For basic cleaning, spray a gentle cleanser like Seventh Generation Multi-Purpose onto a lint free rag, then use the dampened rag to clean spots or spills.

Satin Shimmer - Our satin is pre-treated with stain-resistant technology. For stains or spots, use a clean rag wet only with club soda and rub gently on the affected area.

Leather - Add a few drops of mild liquid soap to two cups of warm water and mix until suds form. Dip a soft cloth in the water. Use the wet cloth to clean the outside of the bag. Buff dry with another soft, dry rag. Leather develops its own personality over time & will darken in time when in contact with skin oils and the elements.

For cleaning “& by PHD” products:

Vegan Leather - For basic cleaning, spray a gentle cleanser like Seventh Generation Multi-Purpose onto a lint free rag, then use the dampened rag to clean spots or spills.

Vegan Suede - - Our faux suede is pre-treated with stain-resistant technology. For stains or spots, use a clean lint-free rag wet only with club soda and rub gently on the affected area.

We cannot be responsible for damages caused by using strong cleaning agents, dry cleaning, ironing or machine-washing bags. Do not place your bag in the washing machine, dryer, microwave or dishwasher. Excessive heat and chemicals other than soap and water used to clean your bag may cause damage or discoloration to the fabric. Beware of brushing our bags against tires treated with Armor All Tire Treatment. This treatment will permanently stain our bags with black marks.

We have traveled the globe to bring you the highest quality materials, tested our bags in extreme situations and only use top-notch domestic manufacturing for our Paige Hamilton Design Signature Collection products to provide you with a perfect, durable, high-quality bag. In the rare occurrence that one of our products is defective, please contact us immediately at 310-838-8282 or info@paigehamiltondesign.com. We will either repair or replace the item at no cost to you.

Please note: We cannot be responsible for any damages caused by negligence or extreme environmental conditions. We will be happy to provide you with a price estimate of the repair and do our best to repair the damaged item in a timely manner.

Out of Stock Items

If you want an item that is currently listed as “out of stock,” please email us at info@paigehamiltondesign.com and write “Availability” in the subject line. Be sure to include the item name and color you wish to order and we will respond within 24 hours. with a delivery date.

We accept Visa, MasterCard, PayPal, American Express and Discover.

Orders shipped within the state of California will be charged a sales tax of 9.5%.

Orders shipped outside California are not subject to sales tax.

We make every effort to accurately display the actual color of the items we sell. Due to the variety of different browsers and monitors, some color discrepancies may appear.

 

Return Policy

Paige Hamilton Design takes great pride in our products and customer service and is dedicated to offering the highest quality merchandise. If you are not satisfied with your order, we will exchange your purchase, give you a store credit for items in unused condition (shipping costs are excluded), or refund the original payment method within 30 days of the original shipping date. In order to process a return or exchange, please read the exchange/return guidelines below and note:

All Items must be returned in their original 100% re-sellable condition.

Customer is responsible for return shipping.

Paige Hamilton Design, Inc. does not refund original shipping fees. If you received free shipping, the shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.

Exchange/Return Guidelines

A return authorization must be requested in writing or by email. Once we receive your request, we will provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RA#) and an address of where to return the goods. No returns will be accepted without a return authorization number (RA#) written on the outside of box.

E-mail your exchange/return request to info@paigehamiltondesign.com. Please let us know if you would like to exchange your merchandise, receive store credit, or a refund. If you would like an exchange, please let us know what item you would like to exchange it for. Be sure to include your name, shipping address, and phone number in the email.

Unused items must be returned in original packaging within 30 days of the original delivery date. Due to the nature of holiday gift-giving, any customers who purchase items between November and December will have until January 10th to request a return/exchange.

Be sure to return your purchase in a hard box with secure packaging, write the RA# on the outside of the box, and include a copy of the original invoice (if you received this as a gift, please let us know the name of the person who purchased the gift).

We encourage you to send all returns via UPS or FedEx insured. We are not responsible for lost or damaged shipments.

The items listed below are not eligible to be returned:

  • Products sold at a discount of 40% or greater are considered final sale and may not be returned or exchanged.

  • Products purchased from one of our retail locations (instead, please contact the store where purchased),

  • Products that have been washed, worn, damaged or altered in any way.

  • Products affected by extreme environmental conditions

Sales Tax

Orders shipped within the state of California will be charged a sales tax of 10.25%. Orders shipped outside California are not subject to sales tax.

 

Shipping

Standard US Shipping:

Free standard ground shipping is provided on orders of $150 or more in the Continental US only. All purchases are shipped via UPS Ground out of Los Angeles to destinations inside the United States. We offer a flat rate shipping fee of $25 on all orders shipped to Alaska, Puerto Rico, and Hawaii. Orders generally ship within 1-3 business days from Los Angeles. We suggest allowing 5-8 business days for delivery, but we cannot guarantee an arrival date.

We are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

Orders placed Monday through Friday will normally ship within 2-3 business days of the order being placed. Purchases made Friday after 4:00pm PST, Saturday, Sunday, or on national holidays will normally be processed the next business day. If any delays should occur, we will contact you by email or phone.

All orders for Overnight, 2nd Day, and 3rd Day Air delivery must be placed before 12 noon PST, or they will be processed the next business day. 

Please note that if you are shipping to a Canadian location, the recipient will be responsible for paying duty, taxes, and all broker fees prior to receiving your order. For US orders under $1000, no duty should be required. Canadian goods and service tax will be approximately 6% of the merchandise total. An additional provincial sales tax is also required and will vary by province.
